Service is exceptional here. The food has very strong umami flavours which represent real french cuisine with intricate dishes. The proteins are very fresh and high quality. In taiwan it is very hard to find places that are deserving of their michelin star but lin restaurant is definitely deserving of their michelin star. Price per person: NT$2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Summary: Probably the best restaurant experience that I’ve enjoyed in my whole life. Omakase meals still can’t beat what I enjoyed tonight that I think this place deserves a good review at 1am. In terms of service, staffs were very attentive and well trained to explain all dishes. Food was fabulous. And in case you’re wondering if French restaurants leave you half full leaving the place, this place fills your tummy all the way. I also had the semi wine pairing which enhanced my dining experience. It was too much to enjoy. And I recommend you choose this too, definitely worth your every dollar. I sing praises for the Buddha jumps over the wall; their ability to improvise on this classic Chinese dish. I also love the quail egg which was super creamy and flavourful. Point to note: make your reservations in advance. Price per person: NT$1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
