台湾のフレンチは初めて食べました。とにかくすべて美味しかった。とても繊細で台湾の香辛料も使われていて必ずまた行きたいところになりました。サービスのかたも丁寧。ソムリエもいい。シェフは香港の方と聞きました。とにかくいい経験ができました。 美味しかったです。ありがとうございました！ Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NT$2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything was absolutely amazing! <br> <br>From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. We could not stop smiling the whole time because everyone and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was so cozy, the music wasn't too soft or too loud, and the place was clean from top to bottom!!! <br> <br>What really made our night were our hostesses, Christine and Kathy! While Christine had other tables she served, she NEVER missed a beat with us, constantly glancing over to see if we needed anything or had any questions! She handled our dishes with care (most places aggressively grab things off and spill food/drinks and have to come back and clean it), and every time we stepped away from our seats, she would come over and neatly fold our serviettes and place them on the table. When we returned, she would help us again by placing it gently in our laps! Kathy introduced us to all the wine pairings for the food and took her time carefully explaining each flavor and what to expect! This was so impressive because most people just read off the bottle, but we could tell that Kathy invested some time tasting and studying the information to share with guest in a confident manner! We absolutely appreciated this! The best thing that we really enjoyed from both Christine and Kathy is that they engaged with us in humorous jokes and actually took some time to chat with us. While the place was full, they were still able to laugh with us and we hope they enjoyed our company as much as we enjoyed theirs! THANK YOU CHRISTINE AND KATHY!!!! <br> <br>Finally, we greatly appreciated meeting the Head Chef, whom we got to share how wonderful everything was! This is the first time in Taiwan where we have had the Head Chef come to our table and meet us and he was very appreciative to hear how satisfied we were. We also enjoyed seeing him not only interact with us, but also with the other tables as well too! <br> <br>Also if you have a camera, BRING IT AND SNAP AWAY! De Nuit will allow you to bring in your camera and even give you lens cleaning wipes!!! (I received some for my little DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera and was blown away by the care.) They also asked if I wanted to record receiving my food, they waited for me to get the perfect angle, and even asked if we wanted our picture taken. <br> <br>Book your reservations NOW!
