Actually was thinking 1 time can’t proof the drink quality but tried twice, actually it is one of the pricy tea~ $7+ for medium size cup ~Since there are so many bubble tea shop at this 3 malls, not sure if this store is totally worth a try since no crowd at all. Even those recommended by bloggers recommends Bamboo Charcoal Honey Caffe Latte or specialist drinks is not worth your $$. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Plenty of parking

Cosy corner with great coffee, did not want to queue for Arabica so I dropped by this cafe, and ended up having both iced white and dirty latte in the same day. Classic beans are nutty and chocolatey, exceeded my expectations. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So happy with the food and drink I got. I ordered the waffle set and changed the drink to tea latte. Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with very nice and fresh cream. I think they got their tea leaves from Taiwan and it was really fragrant. Even though the milk tea was 0% sugar, it’s still flavorful and taste great! You can tell they’re using nice ingredients. It’s good to see there’s still good shop other than all the franchises store. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
