comforting fish soup and delicious fried fish on a rainy day. price point is also reasonable. -1 because i didn’t like the lettuce in my fish soup

So rewarding to find a comfortable air-conditioned cafe around my neighborhood. The fish and chips never disappoint, and today my husband and I tried their Angus Ribeye steak, medium rare. It is so well seasoned and done very well! Had a very lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here with my family. Forgot to take photos though. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Finally found a spot for authentic, old-fashioned British-style fish and chips! Visited Master Chippy (formerly Mr Fish & Chips at Cafe Wok Inn) and was thoroughly impressed. I had the battered Fish & Chips with two sides for just $9.80 Nett—excellent value. The batter wasn't overly rich or greasy, which I personally prefer, and it paired perfectly with the malt vinegar and tartar sauce. Both the fries and mashed potatoes were delicious. Topped it off with a $2 ice lemon tea that cut through the fried food perfectly. Even my son who knows how to cook, gave it his approval! The place is air-conditioned and cozy with 6 indoor and 3 outdoor tables. Definitely coming back with my wife next time." Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
