I purchased a Big Mac Meal ( Upsize( at Compass1 Mall. When I was about to have my meal at home, I was so disgusted with the quality of the food. The Sprite tasted like gaseous water, its completely tasteless. (I suppose the tubing was not connected properly to the drink dispenser). The whole cup was fed to the sink. The burger patties were the flattest I have ever seen on any burgers...even mcnuggets was thicker. The worst of all it was burnt! Literally junk food.

I ordered some desserts; 2 cones of ice creams, 2 strawberry pies & a strawberry. She replaced the vanilla milkshake after I noticed she made a mistake. I realised something amiss when I took a sip of the strawberry milkshake. I returned back again to counter again to show her the milkshakes served was white & taste vanilla. Without an ounce of apology, unapologetically she took the cup & said it’s syrup then she went to look for her manager. All these while I observed the commotion happening behind. The manager topped up the empty container with a new packet of strawberry syrup. It has given me an unpleasant experience, first when I realised how much they shrunk the size of the milkshake, secondly the messed up the order thrice & not even feeling apologetic.
