Without any doubt the best restaurant in Koh Samui. Not only do they give you exact calories and macros but also the taste is amazing. The variety of meals is so good. You can come here and eat everyday another delicious and clean meal for a really fair price. I’ve paid $400 at the Four Seasons for 2 people and the food at meal prep is 10x better taste and on top clean! I’ll come here everyday for the remainder of my stay. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As athletes committed to macro-focused nutrition, my wife and I were loyal customers from the moment we moved to Koh Samui. We trust Meal Prep Beachside to prepare and deliver our dinners for most nights of the week. Excellent menu, quality ingredients, and we love the ability to customize our meal selections to fit exactly what we need. This is the closest we’ve ever come to having a private chef.
