Bought porridge and spilled it on myself. I asked the staff if they had a tissue so I could wipe it off, but she kept saying they didn’t have any and just ignored me (while the porridge was dripping down my shirt). What do you mean your kitchen has no tissue or paper towels? I get it if you don’t provide serviettes for customers, but I think some basic human kindness is needed - porridge was literally dripping down my shirt.
