Came here by 07.44 am but not even any single staff seen preparing the store, meanwhile it’s stated that they open by 07.30 am. Please update your opening hour

I want complain your worker NURUL MAISARAH BINTI BAHARUDIN is very rude. (Location: Mr Bean @ Chinatown Point, 133 New Bridge Rd, #B1-43) I WANT MR BEAN REFUND ME MY MONEY. She served me on 26 September 2025 at 4.10pm (See Pictures below for prove). Her attitude is VERY BAD. HORRIBLE. I order a rice bowl, then she ask if I want add soya milk. I ask her, how much money. Then she say very softly the price. I pause a while to think if I want, then she gets angry, she say " this. $1.80. $1.80", and look at me, FORCE me to decide fast. WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE? I WANT MR BEAN TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. Why am i paying for this kind of bad service? I'm just thinking if I want the soy milk, not even for 1 second and she gets SUPER IMPATIENT. Come on, there is NOBODY queueing behind me! Why on earth are you rushing me? Also, when I want to pay, there's no PayWave, so I use NETS. then she press the WRONG button for me, and GO AWAY WITHOUT HELPING ME, and there's a problem with the NETS machine. I insert my card for 5 times, still can't pay. I ask for help, but nobody cares. End up a Chinese young girl worker come help me. Well, are Mr Bean workers even trained? If she not happy she can quit and don't work. Don't destroy people's appetite. Horrible service. NURUL MAISARAH BINTI BAHARUDI should be FIRED NOW. I WANT MR BEAN TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. Why am i paying for this kind of bad service? Oh, and pay GST when all i get is bad attitude from the workers? haha, rating is not even 1 star, is NEGATIVE 10000. don't destroy singapore's service sector.
