Here’s a polished Google review: My visit to Muji Beef Noodles was a fun and wonderful experience. I had heard that Wu Xing Street has several famous beef noodle restaurants, so I was excited to try this one on a casual Sunday. It was easy to find with Google Maps and conveniently located not far from the MRT station. The restaurant has a very traditional feel. It is not too big, but the space is well managed and very clean. You may be seated in the basement, but the environment there is actually very pleasant. I ordered the half beef and half beef tendon noodles. As some other reviews have mentioned, the beef has a bit more fiber, though it is still tender. The beef tendon, however, was truly outstanding. The staff were also very friendly and warm. It felt like being cared for by a group of kind aunties. The staff in the basement were helpful with many little things, and even the cashier on the ground floor offered me tissues to wipe my sweat.
