Got a honey lemon drink it was really good! I mean it was really just honey and lemon but for $2.70 i’m happy!! Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

they have this QR code which you can scan and order, i been a regular for sometime and have been using this method. as i work only 1 floor above its convenient for me to do so. unfortunately my experience was unsatisfactory today, i understand that i order at 11 in the morning but i got pulled into meetings and only managed to get to the drink store in the afternoon at 1pm. i expected to see my drink on the counter ( come on la i waited that long to come ofc its going to be diluted and sad but hey im not complaining i paid for it im here to get it) i didnt see anything on the counter so i spoke to the staff and this very rude lady said it have been disposed and that my behaviour was not acceptable and that i cannot order and come so late. and that she will remake my drink but only for this time. again i would like reiterate that i was not expecting a fresh cup of teh bing and that i fully understand the time difference from when i ordered and pick up was hours but hello ? i PAID. if other drink places like chagee can order in advance and picked up hours later ( they dont DISPOSE your drinks if you come and get it hours later) i think the basic common sense thing is to just let it sit. your staff basically said they THREW away a drink thats already PAID for. ALSO why bother asking for a phone number when we pay online if you wont call and ask if we are coming ? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
