Since discovering them and ordering from them, OVB has been consistently fantastic. I have to be extra careful due to a milk and nut allergy - they’ve been meticulous each and every time. They also remember my allergens and would be proactive to inform me if nuts are involved in the bakes! As someone who can also enjoy non-vegan desserts, their bakes are exactly like the “real” thing and it has been a joy for me to share their bakes proudly with vegan/allergen friends who were never able to have baked desserts. It’s a pity I have to order in advance, but it makes sense for a niche market and it’s well worth the wait. Keep up the good work! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely unprofessional. Puts up a menu on telegram, makes you rush to put in your order, doesn’t give payment details anywhere on the telegram post or messages to you telling you what time you can pick your food up. Then proceeds to tell you out of the blue that they are sold out after you have spent time picking out what you want. Guessing they pick and choose which customers to serve. Told me there was one person manning the messages , but then shouldn’t it be first come first serve ? As they were apprised of their mistake early. Wouldn’t patronise unless you like to be told they are sold out , AFTER they tell you what time you can pick your food up. When they were asked where the payment details were posted , which they never provided , refused to reply too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hey Anu Das Pleaseeee give chance It’s our first ever online pop-up and we really didn’t expect the turn up As we’ve mentioned in our private chat, I now know our current system for pop-up sucks we really didn’t realise it sucks so much until we’ve done this online pop-up As promised, I will swear I will not manually take orders next time, and will leave it to cococart to do it so everyone gets clearer instructions and confirmation It was a flurry of messages and my empty brain can’t keep track of everyone’s order and payment as well as I thought I could I REALLY TRIEDDDD but I’m gonna try harder!!! Pleaseeeee I don’t know how else to remedy this you’re EVERYWHEREEE Do you still want to be placed on our priority list to get secured slots for our next pop up with everyone my airhead missed? And for the millionth time, WE ARE SO SORRY I don’t know how to make you believe but we really are!! We still love you even though we made you angry But we promise we will only improve from here PLEASE FORGIVE US!!!!
