プーケット旅行の最終日のディナーで行ってきました。このレストランが入っているホテルはプーケットで名実共にNo.1と言われているTRISARAです。この日の宿泊料を見てみたら一泊で20万円超え……。超高級ホテルです。それでいてホテルやレストランのスタッフさんはとても気さくで居心地の良い接客です。料理はプーケットてとれた食材を使い、余計な調味料を使わずに素材の味を引き立てた体に優しい品々です。プーケットではかなり高級レストランですが、ぜひ経験のためにも一晩だけここでディナーを食べてみてください。値段以上に得られるものがあると思います。

An absolutely unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we arrived until the very end of the evening, every single detail was exceptional. Even though we never mentioned that we were Swiss, the entire tasting menu was explained to us in German, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Throughout the evening, several members of the team took great care of us and guided us through every course with genuine passion and professionalism. It was fascinating to learn about each ingredient and the story behind every dish. The tour through the kitchen was another highlight and gave us an even greater appreciation for the incredible work happening behind the scenes. As a young guest, I sometimes wonder if fine dining restaurants treat younger people differently, but at PRU I felt just as welcome and valued as everyone else. That made the experience even more special. A very special thank you goes to Chef Jeremy, who truly created magic on every plate. I would also like to thank the young gentleman who was half Austrian and half Thai (unfortunately I forgot his name). He was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming, and made sure we had a perfect evening. As a lovely surprise, we were even offered a complimentary glass of wine at the end. If I ever return to Thailand, my reservation at PRU will already be on my to-do list. Thank you to the entire team for creating such an unforgettable experience.
