The weekday set meal was great value for money. However, do set aside at least 1hr 30mins for lunch as their serving time was slow during full capacity. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Don’t go there, if they are having a group inside. You are asked to sit outside next to the busy sidewalk and service personnel will forget about you. We waited over 1 hour for some Chicken Satay and fries. Drinks were empty and no one came to ask if we want some more. Table looked like a complete mess. Maybe the “experience” is different when you sit inside. But service was very poor and not Singapore like. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that your visit fell so far below the standard of service we aim to provide. Waiting more than an hour for your food, having empty drinks, and being left with an uncleared table is unacceptable—regardless of whether you were seated inside or outside. Its no excuse but we were completely booked out yesterday and we did not have any available tables indoors and was only able to provide outdoor seating. While we were serving the patrons indoors, this should not have affected the attention given to your table. We understand how frustrating and disappointing the experience must have been, especially when you felt overlooked. We are reviewing this with our service and kitchen teams so that we can improve how we manage outdoor tables and busy periods. The Chocolate Lava cake was excellent, lava just flowing and the chocolate taste was so good. The crispy eggplant too was delicious and certainly lived up to its name. Will surely go back for another these two dishes. The Beef Fettucine was a let down. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
