クリスマスに行ったが、魚介中心のコースがどれもうまく、最後のデザートの黒トリュフのアイスクリームは、トリュフの薫り高いアイスクリームで初めて食べる味で最高でした. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

ランチで利用。 食事はそれぞれうんちくがありその気にさせられて美味しくいただきました。 家族三人ともお酒は飲めないので水をいただくことにしましたが(元々食事中に飲み物は飲まない習慣ですがフレンチでは許されないと思い仕方なく注文)一口飲んだだけでグラスが空いてないにも関わらず許可も取らずにボトルが開けられ、常にグラスになみなみと注がれ、殆ど飲み残して捨てる水に3,000円。 食事は美味しかったのに庶民の私には合わない店でした。. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch

We had an outstanding dining experience at Restaurant Nemo—truly worthy of its Michelin star. From start to finish, everything was delivered with precision, creativity, and genuine care. The cuisine was an elegant blend of refined French techniques and well-balanced Japanese characteristics. Each dish featured seasonal ingredients and was thoughtfully crafted, showcasing the chef’s deep understanding of harmony in both flavor and presentation. We especially appreciated how the poetic passage at the start of the menu was echoed throughout the meal—it added a deeper layer of intention and meaning to the experience. The tea pairing with each course was a standout feature. Not only was it innovative, but each selection was perfectly matched to the dishes, enhancing the overall dining journey in a calm and sophisticated way. The service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and discreetly observant. Every detail was handled with professionalism and grace, creating a truly seamless experience. Having dined at several three Michelin-starred restaurants, I would not be surprised if Restaurant Nemo earns its third star in the near future. The level of culinary artistry, creativity, and service is already there. A memorable and exceptional experience—I can’t wait to return.
