香港Ryuginの元副料理長の金沢さんが立ち上げたお店。LKFの一本奥に入ったところのビルに入ってます。料理は全て素晴らしく、大感動と大満足でした。日本で食べるより美味しいかも知れないです。笑何より金沢さんのお人柄が素晴らしく、居心地よかったです。機会があればまた行きたいお店ですね！：）

We tried the Premium 9-course tasting menu at Ryota Kappou Modern and it was honestly amazing. Every dish felt thoughtful and well-executed — standouts for me were the toro katsu, wagyu uni handroll, and the stone grill Omi wagyu. So tender and full of flavour. Service was super attentive and the vibe is comfortable but refined. Well-deserved Michelin star. Also joined their membership program for $200 off next time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was okay — mainly disappointed by the fish main course, which was not seasoned enough. Seasonal sushi appetiser was good though. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
