Food is bad, service is worst asked for chili for a few times , nod and walk away. Portion is even not filling, taste burnt also Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just looking for lunch after my body massage opposite at Royal Building. Walked around & decided to go upstairs The Arcade to see if there's anything l can get for my lunch. After buying some stuff, came to #03-25 S-City Cafe. Thus ordered their Daily Combo Set Lunch $16.90+ which includes soup, a slice of garlic bry, main course (Chicken & Pork Chop in black pepper sauce) a drink (hot lemon tea). It's fulling, service staff is good, attentive & prompt. I also witnessed that they sterilize their cutleries after washing. I will come again with my friends. The price, quantity & quality is reasonable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian options: Hv vegetarian options. Claypot vegetarian noodles, braised toufu & fried rice / noodles.
