place: the restaurant offers a clean and relaxing atmosphere , with comfortable window side seating that enhances the overall dining experience service: staff were consistently friendly , attentive and helpful food: enjoyed a variety of spaghetti dishes , each prepared with freshness and flavor , the oyster spaghetti stood out for its delicate taste , while the pork chop spaghetti was hearty , well seasoned , and served in generous portions, crisp salad was offered as a starter , and the meal concluded with a delightful pudding dessert , rounding off the experience perfectly Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $250–300 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We were of different food moods. Seiko Kissa & Yoshoku made our evening meal just right for us. The decor and environment were very nice. Our table was quiet. The service was prompt and helpful without being intrusive. Our different appetites led us to try the pasta carbonara and the ocean salad. Each was perfect for each of us. The pasta was in a very tasty cream sauce, the pasta quite good, and the meat was tender and delicious. The ocean salad was a mix of sliced whitefish, octopus, prawns, and scallops, with complements of sprouts and seaweed, all in a dressing that was light and wonderful. Be warned: If you're squeamish about uncooked things, the plentiful seafood in the salad is all raw, sashimi-style. For me, it was perfect. We each got an "iced peach tea," which came with an unexpected scoop of ice cream dropped in, and the effect with the peach was entirely pleasing. Chilling, delicious, and refreshing. For what we were looking for, and for our varied tastes, Seiko Kissa & Yoshoku fit the calling perfectly. Nicely done. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
