The grilled USA short rib was very delicious and perfectly cooked. The chicken nabe meat on the otherhand still had a frozen taste and wasn’t very good. Service and atmosphere is great but I’m not sure having a dimly lit izakaya is what this area needs - it also doesn’t have the demographic for drinking alcohol. Items are also expensive, so this restaurant isn’t busy most of the time. Shiawase is part of a larger restaurant group so hopefully they can pivot the menu/lighting and draw new patrons. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $350–400 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
