Incredible Spanish Tapas & Fantastic Vibe! We had an absolute blast dining at Sobremesa Tapas Bar & Restaurant! The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and vibrant, and the staff made us feel welcome right from the moment we walked in. The food completely exceeded our expectations! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented:. Padrón Peppers: Perfectly blistered with just the right amount of sea salt. Pan con Tomate: Simple, fresh, and bursting with rich tomato flavor on crispy bread. Jamón Serrano with Melon: A classic sweet-and-savory combo that was spot on. Crispy Pork Belly: Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, served with a delicious dipping sauce. Pan-Seared Scallops: Cooked to perfection—so tender and savory! Mussels in Tomato Broth: Served hot with plenty of fresh garlic and toasted bread to soak up the amazing sauce. Grilled Sardine: Delicately charred, fresh, and delicious with a squeeze of lemon. To top it all off, the sunset sangria and chilled beer paired perfectly with the tapas! Pro-tip: Book through a reservation app beforehand to snag a sweet discount on your meal.
