I would like to commend Mr. Rangga for his excellent customer service. He was very helpful, polite, and approachable throughout my visit. His friendly smile made me feel welcomed, and before I left, he even smiled and wished me goodbye, which was a thoughtful gesture that made my experience even more pleasant. Thank you, Mr. Rangga, for your kindness and professionalism. Staff like you make customers want to come back. Keep up the great work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really thankful for DIDI (Staff name). 31 March was the last day of March bday month to redeem 1 free slice of cake using starbucks Apps with 1 drink purchase. My fav strawberry Pistachio cake was sold out as I went around 8plus pm after work. I told him i like strawberry pitstachio cake and he offered to help me reserve a new slice and ask me collect tomorrow 1st April. Wrote on my receipt collect 1st April 6pm. Many thanks for going the extra mile. Very flexible, good customer service, keep it up. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
