Swensen’s customer service from bad to worst. We wanted to buy an ice-cream cake but waited at the cake display for 10mins nobody bother to check on us. We called a staff walking pass us but both seems not interested to serve us and pointed to inside. Cashier is busy punching on the cash register. Food and drink still acceptable but not worth visiting with such bad services. Such a bad experience here. We ended up walked to Chateraise downstairs to buy our birthday cake. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went there for the Senior's one-for-one promotion. So glad to know that all the food & deserts were offered. We ordered one Ribye steak & one lamb chop. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very nice. Very conducive to spend the afternoon. The service staff were very prompt & courteous. I would like to highlight Ms Hidayah. Though new, she helped us with our payment as we checked out because we were using vouchers & apps. She served & guided us through the process very patiently. Very welcoming indeed. Thank You! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Breaded Chicken Swensen's @ Waterway Point 83 Punggol Central, #02 - 35, Singapore 828761 Food wise: Love the thick piece of chicken, it wasn’t as crispy as the cornflake chicken, but it was equally juicy and tasty! Speaking of juicy, it was also garnished with a slice of lemon as well as some egg mayo, drizzled with some sauce. It was almost as good as the cornflake chicken, one might prefer the cornflake more. The fries for this store were somewhat more soggy than the other stores, but the recipe was still good. The coleslaw was still good! Ambience wise: Nice place to chill, quite cozy!
