Enjoyed the food at Taisyu Sakaba Kobako, especially the tsukune and tamagoyaki. But was surprised to see a HKD 30 mandatory appetizer charge per head on the receipt. It is not too visually obvious if you're reading the menu (the font is of a lighter color), and you may miss it entirely if you're only ordering via the QR code. The appetizer was just a small bowl of edamame, which feels like a rip off. It would be more fair to include a bowl of miso soup too. In the future, I suggest that the staff remind restaurant guests of this charge upfront prior to food ordering. Also, we were seated at a booth the back of the second floor and it was quite hot. The AC barely reached our table. Price per person: $200–250 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
