Easily the best authentic tempura omakase in town! I had lunch there and everything tasted super fresh, with batter that’s light, crisp, and never greasy. Each piece felt clean yet filling. I couldn’t resist adding the Uni a la carte, one of their signatures, and oh boy… it’s dangerously good. I had to stop myself from ordering a second plate! For my main, I chose the hot soba, and to finish, the homemade sea salt ice cream — Chef Takeshima's own recipe — was the perfect ending. Truly a memorable experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Parking space: Plenty of parking
