Interesting concept and vibe. Tried almost their whole menu, so some highlights here: the popular Soft shell crab with hokkaido scallop and crispy noodle tastes good but the crispiness is gone after drenched in the sauce. The dragon's claw is has the herbal taste but he crocodile claw is quite fatty and can get overwhelmed after a while. The truffle beef hor fun has deep fried noodles so it's crispy but the beef is quite chewy. The pineapple flaming beef is my favourite, the beef is very tender. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

What an unforgettable dining experience at The Dragon Chamber! The moment you step through the hidden entrance, you’re transported into an atmospheric space that blends speakeasy mystery with rich Chinese aesthetics — a bold and innovative concept that sets the tone for the meal. We were served by Joey, who was warm, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. His thoughtful recommendations and excellent service made our visit feel extra special. Here’s what we tried: • Flaming Pineapple Beef: A showstopper dish — tender beef chunks braised in a tangy-sweet pineapple five-spice gravy, dramatically served in a flaming pineapple. A feast for both the eyes and taste buds. • Wok-Blasted Cabbage with Bacon: The wok hei was unreal! The cabbage remained crisp and fragrant, and the pork lard added just the right crunch. Comfort food elevated to a gold-medal level. • Salted Fish Fried Rice: Savoury, rich, and addictive. The prawns and whitebait packed an umami punch, and the chilli crunch gave it that extra kick. • Mango Pomelo Sago: A refreshing end to the meal — smooth mango purée with bursts of pomelo and sweet diced strawberries. Light, fruity, and beautifully plated. Highly recommend The Dragon Chamber for anyone looking for adventurous flavours, creative presentations, and a unique dining journey in Singapore.
