Hi Summer Acai I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visits. On 30/5/2026, I ordered the Gym Bro and Matcha Strawberry drink, and they tasted great. Because of that, I returned on 31/5/2026 to buy them again. However, I noticed some inconsistencies: - The Matcha Strawberry had noticeably more milk on 31/5/2026 which overpowered the matcha flavor. Since it’s a matcha drink, I expected the matcha taste to be stronger than the milk. - The Gym Bro had WAY stronger peanut butter taste compared to the previous day, where the banana flavor was more balanced This difference was disappointing, as I was hoping for the same taste experience as before. Could you advise if I should request adjustments like “more banana” or “stronger matcha” when ordering, to ensure consistency? Please look into this.

have been ordering from Summer Acai since their old 217 Bedok outlet and continued supporting them after the move to 136. Previously, staff always allowed customers to swap granola for another crunch or fruit option, so I was surprised when I was told today that it’s no longer possible. I didn’t argue further as I understand policies can change, but the portioning today was also disappointing. Medium bowls usually come with around 5–6 grapes, but mine only had 4, and the crunch portion was extremely little as well looking like there’s only half a scoop given. Just sharing this as feedback because I’ve been a long-time customer and noticed the consistency and portions don’t feel the same as before as sometimes there could be 6 grapes then sometimes 4. Same goes to the strawberries as well.

Here’s a polished 5-star review you can copy and paste: Absolutely love The Summer Acai at Bedok! The acai bowls are super fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. Toppings are generous and high quality, and everything tastes so refreshing, especially in Singapore’s weather. Staff are friendly and the place has a nice, chill vibe. Definitely my go-to spot for a healthy and delicious treat. Highly recommend!
