Hurd Road's fairy tale world Swiss cuisine has always been relatively low-key in Hong Kong and is by no means a mainstream cuisine restaurant. I have the impression that there are two restaurants in Hong Kong that specialize in Swiss cuisine, both of which are located in Tsim Sha Tsui: one is located in the Peninsula Hotel; the other is The Swiss Chalet, a Swiss restaurant located on Hart Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Entering The Swiss Chalet, you feel as if you have flown from Hart Road in Tsim Sha Tsui to a Swiss cabin restaurant. The environment is full of the feeling of a European country restaurant. The napkins are very thoughtful and full of Swiss style~~ I personally think it is very suitable to celebrate Christmas here In terms of food, Swiss food is relatively filling, and most portions are quite large.
