シンガポール有数のレストランの前評判通り、素晴らしかった。これまで食したことのない洗練されたインドの料理。どの皿も美味しいし、楽しかった。 妻には量が多すぎた。 ホスピタリティ、一流を満喫した。会話からこちらの要望を読み取り提案してくれるので、安心満足。最後のタクシー手配まで完璧だった。 80年代ポップミュージックが流れていたが、洗練されたお店の雰囲気とは合ってない。悪くはないが。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

The best of Singapore's Michelin 2-stars I tried — and I went in skeptical. Cloudstreet got blacklisted. Meta was solid. Thevar genuinely surprised me. Indian-influenced fusion that actually earns the label — the spice work is confident without being overwhelming, and it feels locally rooted without being a gimmick. About two-thirds of the menu was excellent. The shirako with Indian seasoning was an unexpected highlight — didn't think I'd see that combination work, but it did. The chicken naan taco with that filling? Really good. Second half dropped off a bit — the grilled squid ran too salty (even for someone who’s drinking an entire bottle of wine alone ) and the spiced lamb was too gamey for me. High opening, slightly uneven landing. Practical tip: book the kitchen counter!! You're literally sitting inside the kitchen watching the pass — full Chef's Table experience, no surcharge. The sommelier is also delightful, which helped smooth over the wobbles in the back half of the menu. Already booked second return Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
