Has breakfast here on the morning of Sunday, 29 Mar. The place was packed, but the staff making toast was excellent. A perfectionist, he made sure that every aspect of the toast was well made, from the warmth and crispness of the bread to the even spread of kaya and the neat presentation. It took having a cold, slightly soggy toast at BreakTalk IHQ for me to understand that SOPs and training only get you so far -- the final, finishing touches of a perfectionist and committed artisan completes the experience. I loved the toast I had, and so did my wife. Craftsmen with this sort of attention and care put into their work should be recognised and rewarded. Set A dabao + 1 additional kopi o siew dai. Staff were a bit slow as store was extremely busy, but it wasn't too bad, about 15-20 mins' queue to order. 1 star due to the terrible, leak-PRONE packaging @HQ I have been submitting this feedback across all your branches and welcome your attention to this matter. Taste-wise I like both Yakun and Toast Box but I'm so humiliated that this packaging is out there in HK and other Asian markets, leaking away... Sad for our local brand that we actually love to support Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It’s a Toastbox, nothing special or abnormal. But the people there are friendly and welcoming, good attentive service and that means a lot nowadays! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
