Very mediocre food, caliber, and ambiance. It was big back in '19ish but no longer, and I believe fir a reason. You can definitely do better at this price point. Dated tables and finishings don't help as well. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Food was okay. At this price, I’ve had better and had worse. The wine is very overpriced and shitty. Restaurant feels like it’s on its last legs. We were there on a Saturday night and it was very empty. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Over rated. Over complicated. Over priced. Under cooked.Toc Toc tells a good story of using Korean seasonal ingredients creatively. But in reality it is more like a Korean attempt at an Italian restaurant - with some courses, like the ham used for the ham sandwich (one of the stranger courses) flown in from Italy. At best, the pasta dishes are good (heavy on truffle) and the fish was excellent (though the ratatouille sauce overpowers).At worst, lamb. It’ll take you on a journey of all stages of cooking in one mouthful. It is sous vide for 12 hours (presumable at under 20 degrees) leaving it gore rare on one side, whilst pan fried on the other side, creating a chewy shoe texture and a London grey colour. The competition at this price point within 5 minute walk (i.e. Junsik or Mingles) is another level of dining. If you’re looking for creative course menus inspired by Korean cuisine, try them first.
