シンガポールで日本人が食べるなら豚骨火山ラーメン。シンガポールで美味しいラーメンを食べるなら豚骨火山か三宝亭。価格も手頃で食べやすい。フナンモールやセンチュリースクエアにもあってそっちもおいしい。

I recently visited Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen at Northpoint, and it remains one of the more unique ramen experiences in the area. If you are looking for a satisfying, high-quality meal with a bit of "theatre," this is a solid choice. I ordered Kazan Shoyu Ramen - The broth is rich and flavorful. I highly recommend opting for the "less salty" customisation; it balances the savoury notes perfectly without being overwhelming. The noodles were served perfectly al dente, maintaining a firm, satisfying bite throughout the meal. A notable perk is the free eggs provided at the table—a great value-add that complements the hot broth. A word of advice for first-timers: the "Big" option is truly substantial. While the presentation in the stone pot (the "volcano") is impressive, the portion size is clearly designed for sharing. I made the mistake of ordering it for myself and couldn't quite finish it.
