I recently visited Uno Beef House on 11 June and ordered their fish and chips. The portion size was generous, and the fish was crispy on the outside while remaining tender and flaky on the inside. The fries were well-cooked and complemented the dish nicely. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal and a solid choice if you are looking for classic Western food. I would consider returning to try more items from their menu in the future. On 7/2/2026 at around 8:30 pm, I ordered a tenderloin steak. After some time, the dish was served, but it was clearly a sirloin instead. I informed one of the stall assistants that my order was tenderloin. He acknowledged that it was served wrongly and took the steak back. A few minutes later, the steak was served again. However, this time they had simply cut the same steak into a shorter shape and rearranged it to resemble a tenderloin. To be sure, I cut a few slices and confirmed that it was still sirloin before approaching the assistant again. He then admitted it was served wrongly once more. Since the steak had already been cut, they refunded me only the price difference, which I accepted. The main issue here is not just the wrong order, but the way it was handled. If a mistake is made, the right approach is to be honest and ask the customer whether they are willing to accept it. If not, the dish should be remade. Trying to pass off the same steak by reshaping it is unacceptable and disappointing. Service: 1

Delicious pepper chicken chop! Portion was good & the peppery sauce was fragrant enough! Nice coleslaw and mashed potato ball too. 2 thumbs up! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
