Hello, I am a business owner here at Far East Plaza. I have always supported your food and often bring my friends and customers to dine at your shop. Today I also brought a few customers to your place. However, I would like to raise a concern. One of your female staff members (an aunty) spoke to me loudly in front of many people and my friends, saying she was busy and asked me to wait. The tone sounded quite harsh and it made me feel very embarrassed in front of my guests. I also didn’t know how to continue ordering. This is actually not the first time it has happened. Since I run a business here and have always supported your shop, I often bring customers here. However, if this continues, I may not bring my friends or customers to your shop again. I hope you can look into this matter and provide me with a response. Thank you. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

I visited this restaurant on February 6 and 7, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff member who attended us both days was quite rude and inattentive. On the first day, I had difficulty communicating, and on the second day, even with a friend accompanying me, the service was worse: I had to get up and place my order directly with the cooks while she attended other customers who arrived after us. I’m not sure why we were treated this way, but the service clearly needs improvement. The food is good, but the experience was negatively affected by the staff’s attitude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
