Ordered the char siew bao, xo fried carrot cake, har gao, and pidan porridge. Overall, the food was very nice. Fried carrot cake was standout dish for me. Not mushy and not too salty. Portions were ok. Pricing was slightly on the expensive side, but still worth it. They had a classic Chinese restaurant ambience, and staff were friendly. Would return again! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, everything was ok. Less Siew Mai taste like frozen and not fresh, recommend not to order this dish. Tea was good! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I went to Yu Pavilion Restaurant for my Reunion Dinner with my family on CNY eve (16 February 2026). It is my first time there and I am very impressed by my dining experience overall. The food is delicious, place is rather small but very cosy. What is most impressive is their outstanding service staff - Wendy. She is very friendly, courteous and show extra care and love to make sure we have a great time dining, much akin to a caring mother to her children. Honestly, as a frequent diner in many local F&B establishments, I rarely meet such a wonderful service staff as Wendy. Yu Pavilion owners must be proud of Wendy. Of course, other service staff shine as well, I mean I notice they seem not like on duty but are like serving meals to beloved friends and relatives in their home. Awesome! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $80–90
