Your kitchen staff’s professionalism is extremely disappointing. Instead of focusing on preparing orders efficiently, they were singing and chatting while customers were waiting. Orders appeared to be handled one at a time at an unnecessarily slow pace, resulting in poor service and long wait times. This reflects badly on the management and raises serious concerns about staff training, supervision, and work standards. A restaurant should prioritize customer service and operational efficiency, not allow such unprofessional behavior during busy periods. i dont think the management cares anyways. all they care is making money....... 10/10 not worth visiting..... stop wasting time. Moved into the area 6 months ago and ordered from Zoul’s a couple of times already. Consistently delivers good quality food. Decent waiting time be it ordering from Grab or walk in. Price to portion ratio is well worth it. Keep it up! Food: 5

We’re regulars here and always order the same dish, the Nasi Goreng Ikan Bawal Penyet and it has never disappointed us. We just realised we’ve never left a review before, so here it is! Today, we decided to try something different for the first time and ordered the Nasi Goreng Udang Penyet and Nasi Goreng Kampung. Honestly, the Nasi Goreng Kampung was really good, the wok hei flavour was definitely there. As for the Udang Penyet, the prawns were decent, but some of the shell was still stuck on after peeling, which made it a little less pleasant to eat. Overall, we still enjoyed our meal. The abang and kakak here are always friendly and nice. The only small suggestion would be to have a bell at the counter, as sometimes when it gets busy and no one is around, it can be hard (and a bit paiseh) to call for them.
