To celebrate the start of the Year of Dragon, my friend invited me to have lunch at 瀧宴日本料理. This is my first visit. The restaurant offers a comfortable environment and a good view of the surrounding buildings. The lunch special menu offers a fine dining experience and good value for money. Food on the whole is fresh and of good quality. The food display and taste are enjoyable. Chefs are professional. Seasonal sushi and sashimi and seasonal appetiser are fresh. Goose liver with homemade sauce is savoury and rich, offering a melt in the mouth texture. King prawn has good texture, offering buttery and subtle flavour. Scallop with herb butter is simple yet delicious and offering a sweet flavour. US prime beef is tender and rich. Fried rice with miso soup and fried vegetables are nice, too. As we are full, we skip ice cream for dessert. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
