Some restaurants are worth revisiting time and time again, and Guccio Ristorante is definitely one of them. It’s one of my regular Italian spots whenever I’m craving authentic, comforting Italian cuisine that’s consistently executed to a high standard. Every meal starts with their complimentary warm bread—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Paired with their quality extra virgin olive oil, it’s a simple combination that’s incredibly satisfying and always the perfect way to begin the meal. Their Antipasti selection is extensive and tempting, but I usually dive straight into what I came for—the pasta and risotto. The Seafood Risotto has always been one of my absolute favourites. Cooked to the perfect al dente consistency, every grain of rice is coated in a rich, creamy seafood stock that delivers deep, natural sweetness from the ocean. Generously loaded with fresh seafood, it’s indulgent without feeling overly heavy and remains one of the standout dishes on the menu. Another dish I can never skip is the Ragù Fettuccine. The slow-braised meat ragù is rich, hearty and full of depth, clinging beautifully to every strand of fresh fettuccine. Finished with freshly shaved Parmesan, it’s pure comfort food and one of the reasons I keep coming back. Then there’s the Pomodoro Spaghetti—a dish that’s not even on the menu. The chefs have been kind enough to prepare it specially for us whenever we visit, and it has never disappointed. It perfectly showcases how Italian cuisine can turn the simplest ingredients into something extraordinary. Sweet tomatoes, fragrant basil, garlic and perfectly cooked pasta come together in a light yet flavourful dish that is fresh, comforting and absolutely delicious. For mains, the Maialino (Suckling Pig) is always a must-order. The skin is beautifully crisp while the meat remains succulent, tender and packed with flavour. Every bite reflects the time and care that goes into preparing it. Whenever I feel like changing things up, I’ll go for the Lamb Rack. It’s beautifully marinated, cooked perfectly to retain its tenderness and complemented by flavours that enhance rather than overpower the quality of the meat. What keeps bringing me back isn’t just one particular dish—it’s the consistency. Whether it’s the seafood risotto, the ragù fettuccine, the off-menu pomodoro spaghetti or their perfectly executed mains, every visit reminds me why Guccio remains one of my favourite Italian restaurants in Singapore Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We ordered the 4-course set with alcohol pairing. Everything was ok except that the pasta dish: Handmade 'spaghetti alla chitarra' with braised Rougie duck ragout, grated 24 months cheese" was salty. Thankfully, the chef agreed to change the pasta dish for us. However, we still felt that the hand-made pasta itself was still salty. Overall we were still happy with our dining experience at Guccio Restaurant.

Celebrated a birthday dinner at Guccio and had a lovely experience. The restaurant has a warm and cosy atmosphere, wonderful service, and delicious food. Particularly enjoyed the suckling pig, porcini tagliatelle and pistachio semifreddo. A place we truly enjoy and keep coming back to for special occasions and good company. Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
