Very frustrating and bad experience. I ordered thru the front self service machines. Went to buy other food. Came back 15 mins later my order still not ready. There was only 1 order in front of me. My order was simple 2 piece spicy and 2 piece non spicy plus 1 x French fries. . There were 4 staff behind the counter but only the 1 chinese lady working. I saw her taking all 4 pieces from the same shelf. I even double checked with her but she said she took the right ones. After finished packing, She told me my order is ready for collection but when I asked her where are the fries she say Wait!. When I reached home all 4 pieces were spicy. My child was unable to eat them. How unprofessional indeed. Very frustrating to say the least when I already checked with her the server. I did wish I had taken a photo but I don't want to cause someone losing their job. All I want is what I paid for. Is it that difficult??? Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
