Today we had lunch at KFC West Mall and had a really wonderful experience. Front counter staff Joel Chee and the young man Leon were both very friendly and welcoming. While we were waiting for our food, they had fun chats with my boys and made them feel very happy and comfortable. The chicken and sauces were really tasty and delicious. My kids enjoyed the meal so much. Definitely we will come back again. KFC, your chicken is the best! Thank you for the great service and warm hospitality. i want to understand how is their google review even at 4.5 stars when this is the kind of cheese fries that im getting? its not like it was bought hours ago, i literally made a purchase at about 8:50pm and collected it around 8:55-9pm. one look you'll be able to tell its not fresh & was clearly left out for awhile. the cheese and sour cream were already harden when i wanted to eat & the fries were soggy. extremely awful and horrible & its isnt my first time experiencing it with the kfc outlet @ west mall. please just patronise other kfc outlet and not the one at west mall. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good service and good taste. Ordered from kiosk machine on Saturday lunch time and the food is ready less than 5 minutes. The restaurant is quiet with a nice songs played! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
